Reference form

Download the reference form for the YHM (you will need two copies), either in MS Word format or PDF format.

For Dutch applicants, reference forms in 'Nederlands' kan be used: NL Word, NL PDF

Please note that we need two references. At least one of the references should be a pastor, elder or youth leader from your church. Family members are not allowed as a reference

Make sure you have read the information about short term (1-3 months) or long term (6-12 months) service before you fill out the application form.

Sending your application

Please prayerfully consider your application. When you would like to join our team please send in the following completed forms and papers:

• 1 application form
• 1 personal testimony (see application form for details)
• 2 reference forms
• 1 copy of your passport
• 1 passport photo or other picture of you
• copy of your most recent school diploma (only for non-EU applicants for long term)

If you don't have a digital picture of your passport, photo or diploma, please send these by regular mail after emailing the application and reference forms.

If it is not possible to send in your application or the references by email, please send them to the address below.
